Applications crashing can be frustrating, but we will do everything we can to try and help you out. To help get to the root cause, we may ask you to send us the crash logs from your computer.

Complete these steps:

1. After an unexpected neoTextil closing in Windows it appears the following window:

2. Without closing any window, we open the 'Task Manager'

3. We select the 'Processes' tab and we find the 'Photoshop.exe" application

4. Using the right-click mouse button we open the contextual menu and select the 'Create dump file' option

5. Once exported, it will appear a warning with the dump file path

6. This file contains information about the crash

7. If we open the file in Visual Studio and we start the process, we see the line where the crash has happened
