Affects Version/s: All versions of neoStampa 9.

Sometimes, when updating neoStampa, Queue Manager loses its connection to print servers. If restarting the computer doesn't solve the issue, we'll have to clean the temporary files.

  • We close down neoStampa and all print servers.
  • We open Task Manager and end all RIP Application and node.js tasks.
  • We go to c:/Users/Public/Public Documents/neoStampa 9/QueueManager and delete all the folders.
  • We start again neoStampa and Queue Manager should work properly.
