Problem

Can happen two different things:

  1. The email of shared Sample Page is not received.
  2. It appears some message that the page cannot be reached:


Solution

If this problem occurs then it is most likely that the SSL certification has expired.


The customer IT needs to renew the SSL certification yearly and provide it to Inèdit. To do this he needs to talk to its certificate provider.


Afterwards a neoCatalog technician or a developer can install the SSL certification on the neoCatalog Server.
