Issue
In rare cases (approximately once every few thousand installations), the software may display the following error:
This occurs when two dongles are assigned the same internal UUID, resulting in a duplicate identifier conflict.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, you have two options:
Activate the dongle associated with your license.
Use a different computer, if available, to avoid the UUID conflict.
Check your dongle
Do you have the green USB dongle in your possession? If yes, please send us the dongle serial number, which begins with 65xxxxxxx or 70xxxxxx. This will allow us to verify your dongle and provide the appropriate solution.
